The Azure Family Suite offered a spacious layout perfect for a family with three kids, and the location near Kamala Beach proved to be a serene escape from the bustling Patong area. Breakfast by the beach featured good quality food crafted with seasonal products, although it became a bit hectic during the Christmas season. Staff exhibited commendable friendliness and efficiency. some amenities felt a bit overcrowded, and noise levels were occasionally disruptive. Maintaining a quieter atmosphere could enhance the overall experience.

We traveled as a family for three nights, but faced several challenges. The lack of beach lounge chairs and umbrellas was a major inconvenience. We had to get towels from the front desk to sit on the beach, which felt tedious. the only bathroom was a shared glass shower, making it difficult for our larger group to get ready.

the beach had no lounge chairs which made it inconvenient! but the hotel had two nice pools and the breakfast was really high quality with better options every day. also, the staff were super friendly and very helpful.

the location is perfect, close to kamala beach for peaceful vibes. internet connection was unreliable.

Loved chilling by the outdoor dining area, super nice atmosphere! The staff were just awesome, always ready to help with a smile. The only bummer was the gym could use some new gear. But honestly, every morning brekkie was fab with fresh options. Honestly, this place made my stay superb!
